Highlights

* Detriot Lions Quarterback and Shelton Native Dan Orlovsky surprised Faith by coming to her 5TH Birthday party in February.  Faith received some very special gifts from him & in return gave Dan some extra hugs and blown kisses.

*On February 25, 2008 Faith went too and sung her heart out at the Carrie Underwood Concert at the Habor Yard Arena in Bridgeport, CT .  “Carriewood” as Faith puts it is her favorite singer, she knows all the songs, and is apart of her Fan Club.

* On March 28th  Faith’s Make A Wish story was apart of an article in the Shelton Weekly about wishes granted to Connecticut children through there foundation and an amazing donation from the SIS cheerleaders. See our links page.

* In April Faith won 1st place in the preschool category for Silly Hat Day.  Everyone at Lafayette School who wore a hat that day paid $1.00 and all the money raised went to charity.  

* In May our neighbor Kaleigh McPherson surprised Faith with a special donation in her honor.  For Kaleigh’s birthday with her school friends, she asked for donations instead of presents, and presented Faith and our family with a truly amazing gift.  Our family is deeply touched and will never forget the thoughtfulness of this 4 yr. old little girl.
